Once I start a project with jN Did That, what's the process? How does this work?
After reviewing the project details and goals, jN Did That will provide you with several design options to choose from. From there I can tweak the layouts to your liking. After a final design has been chosen, the project will be printed, placed on line, etc. The project is not over until you're satisfied with the final project and you feel competent that it will accomplish your client's goals.
Do you do all the work yourself, or are you a broker?
At jN Did That, all work is done in-house by me. If additional help is required that is outside of my knowledge base, you will be notified to that fact. I do have a large pool of professional talent to pull from (photographers, writers, programmers, voice talent, etc.) in case you would care to turn-key more work in an assignment through jN Did That.
How do you prefer payment? Is it OK to pay with a credit card?
Normally, I prefer a check when payment is due on a project. But due to cash flow issues with many businesses,jN Did That now accepts credit cards through Google's "Google Checkout" online service.
This is a safe and secure way to handle payments for all parties.
What are the billable terms for working with you?
jN Did That likes our balance sheets to come out clean. I'm sure that you hate adding up hours at the end of a project, too. All projects with jN Did That are set on a flat fee. This way everyone knows the budget for the assignment and there are no suprises. If a project does start to run overly long, or if there are changes in the Scope of Work, I will let you know well ahead of time if we are approaching a point where we would amend the invoice.
What are the usual hours to contact you?
The normal 9am to 5pm (Eastern) is fine, but with having clients across the country I'm used
to calls outside of the normal business time slot. If you have a need - after hours,
weekend, whenever - feel free to email or call at 267.250.2862.

What are the usual payment terms?
Once the project Scope of Work is agreed to, half of the project cost is due up front. At the end of the project, the second half is billed, as well as any additional fees that may have been incurred along the way.

What software and equipment are you running?
All of the machines are Mac Pro Intel boxes using the latest OSX operating systems. All software is current, including Adobe Creative Suite CS5. Projects can also be built using the older CS3 version is requested. And, yes, I also offer working in the latest version of Quark if requested. There is also a full audio editing / composition workstation using Logic and Garage Band sequencers with all Jam Pack additional instrument packs installed. All machines are backed up daily to a file server, which is then backed-up daily by a Drobo unit. Rest assured that your working files are safe.
