Working with jN Did That is the easiest thing you'll probably do all day. Whenever you need results in a timely matter, all you need to do is pick up the phone or type out a quick email. From there on it's smooth sailing. I'll take on as much work and responsibility of the project as you need help with. There's lots of reasons to have jN Did That be your first call, but here's a few points that you would like to hear from your freelancer up front...

I design to solve your creative assignment - not for my own portfolio. I'll also use whatever style or layout type fits the solution, not just the hip design trend of the month.

If I forsee an issue in the design direction that may affect the overall result, I'll let you know. This way there's less chance of finding out about a problem way after the fact. From spelling and grammar, to postal and FDA regulations, if I come across something that just doesn't seem right I'll ask you to make sure before we keep going.

If you want something changed, then it will be changed. Period. I might ask about your decision, but that's it. We've all had do deal with the freelancer that fights you every step of the way when it comes to changes - that's not an issue here. The customer is always right.

If I'm booked, I'll let you know. As much as I would love to solve all the world's freelance needs, I know there's only so many hours in the day. If you contact me and there's no way I can help you in time, as rare as it may be, I might have to say no. At no time will I agree to a project if there's no way that I can give it the time and attention that it needs for quality results.
